Because I noticed in a few of the pics, Roan's eyes are in different places >3> aaand one more question, is there actual form for like the muscles on his chest and for his abs? The movement of the eyes is a built-in illusion. They appear to look at whomever is viewing them. It gives everyone viewing him that he's performing just for them. As for the muscles - yep, each one is a custom-sculpted shape covered in fur. He has pecs, abs, and shoulder muscles sewn into his suit. Xavier - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1860344/ (who posted below) has even more elaborate muscles. In his case almost every major muscle group has it's own padded shape. Both suits were a lot of work but also a lot of fun!
