My OC Seika, it's been a while I haven't drawn her!
A whole year in fact *^*
So it was time to update her appearence and draw her in the style I have now.
I wanted to do a SFW pic as I... almost never do it, especially with my OCs; and it's been a while I wanted to draw a character wandering on the Seine quay... and I freaking wanted to draw my characters in a dreeeeeeess!! I love dresseeeeeeeees!! so here we are!
