This is my homemade lasagna made with my own sauce sorry cannot give the recipe sauce I did however get to use almost all of my new kitchen equipment and it worked perfectly it was store-bought lasagna noodles ricotta and mozzarella cheese I did make the sauce with portobello mushrooms small caps bay leaves hole and ground minced garlic oregano and a few other spices baked in a 400° oven then under a broiler to brown the cheese I use both sliced and grated mozzarella I have some other pictures but I put all of those up on Facebook I am posting a link so you can see everything I was doing I also made a garlic bread to go with this
