As for what he is... Hmm... that's hard. He's mostly just kinda out there surviving more than anything else. Not a criminal or anything grand though. Hangs out on the outskirts of Kadara with some other people. Collects salvage, explores, trades in town with people that aren't willing to go out there, etc.
