The sun was just starting to creep over the hillside when the party decided to start moving again.
The group of many still had a long way to go, and many adventures still left to unfold, on their quest to visit the eight great wonders of their world. And while their charge was kind enough to cover room and boarding for any city they visited, the plotted path never guaranteed they'd be sleeping in something that resembled a bed.
Voruger was used to roughing it, though. Having spent years working with a mercenary group, and just generally being a creature of the outdoors, gave him a bit of an edge for sleeping against trees and on slopes. Not to mention, gave him the resiliency to hike alongside the cart, letting bandits know that maybe they should look elsewhere for an easy mark.
