[Concept] The Turian Lady
Sometimes, when an idea pops up in mind, I find it important to put it on paper before it vanishes, no matter how silly or random it can be. For many years I've been rather bad at quick doodling, and most of my quick doodles were very rushed and crappy. A lot of these little ideas I had in the morning, or at work, or in the bus got lost. That tiny inspiration spark can often be very elusive and quickly goes away. But lately I've been working on ballpoint sketching, to at least prevent the ideas from running away, and why not, save them for later and use them for full illustrations.
Today I felt like sharing a bit of experience about that. Ballpoint doodling helps practicing on reducing the amount of construction lines and requires a better vizualization of what the final picture will look like in your mind. Of course, there's no eraser. But this is the interesting part: it isn't about doodling random shapes until one of them looks good. It is about having a clear and precise idea in mind and reproduce it on the paper.
So here, about the picture, it's just an idea I always like a lot for TF, with the lady seeking for a suitable partner. Surely one of my favourite TF themes. And Turians of course, that's always a weak spot for me. So let's call her Circé ;)
PS.. this submission is not only about the TF theme. It was also put there to share some experience...

This is indeed a theme I've always appreciated but that I actually haven't drawn this much (or at least not enough in my book). It can also be easily explained by the fact that for many years I was usually not confident enough in my art to draw TF illustrations with more than one character in them.
As for our lady Circé, I don't think she'd turn our fellow human here into a Varren in the end. I think she could also highly enjoy seeing the poor brand new Turian either try to get used to his new condition, or try to prove he's a human to others without being seen as a madman. I enjoy stories happening in universes where TF isn't something normal.
