Blighter is an odd creature called a Chomper (Think of it like a Sableye) He's known for being mean, impulsive, and eating stuff out of the garbage! As a Cadet of the HHPD, he does his best to not only punish criminals for their crimes, but to also try to prevent the crimes from even happening!

Despite his unsettling appearance and sometimes rude behavior, Blighter has a heart full of love that he hopes to someday share with someone special <3
