In with a rickety "peace" treaty with Negaduck, Scrooge McDuck is close to ripping that shit to pieces entirely and bring sort of a war between the two cities. Making him still be Launchpad's old employer... does he consider NegaLP a spy?? Ohh, why do I find so much interest in this AU sort of shit that I want to flesh this out some hahaha!!

Oooooooooooooooooo I totally wasn't expecting this one but it SO piques my interest! His outfit and expression are just fantastic and I LOVE his backstory!!! I am way into this whole trading NegaLP for peace thing! I've had the thought that he used to work for his own universes' Scrooge before but I never thought of it like that O.O It just seems super adorable that really LP was supposed to be spying on Negs but he ends up falling for the guy instead ♥ Aaaaa I'm so predictable XD Also love this idea that Scrooge and Negs are actually rivals that keep trying to encroach on each other's territory. I can so see that since I imagine they would get along very poorly just like their posiverse counterparts LOL, and that little tidbit about him being one of the last people to call Negaduck Drake was also super interesting! I always imagined he would hate being called that after he found out who Drake was in the other universe lol.

Hehe, I sketched up a Scrooge and a Fenton that day, and that's when I knew I had fallen way to far down the Negaverse rabbit hole oml!! OH I'M SO GLAD YOU LIKE HIM, aaaa I'm rather proud of the redesign myself TT//u//TT !! Hehe, bringing Scrooge into it made me wonder the dynamics between him and NegaLP, I'm glad you like the thought ♥ Bartering him off on the grounds of that rickety old piece treaty meant that Scrooge would have an inside look on what Negaduck does on his own time, but he didn't fully put all his cards on Launchpad because he knew the guy was a loose canon, even when working for him. I'd say their relationship is pretty strained, but Scrooge doesn't cut full ties with NegaLP, because the guy might still be of use --- he used to be Scrooge's personal bodyguard and pilot --- perhaps Negaduck was looking for some extra "protection" when he was getting closer and closer to bringing St. Canard to it's knees??? This Negaverse stuff has got me so interested, I just want to draw and write for it!!
Heheee, I'm glad you like that idea too! They definitely still do not get along very nicely, and they're both thirsty for power, though I'd say when it came down to it, Scrooge might be the one with the most influence and power, which is what prompted Negaduck to make that peace treaty in the first place;;; And Negaduck definitely does NOT like being called Drake, to him, he destroyed Drake a long time ago with the persona of Negaduck, and he left that life behind. Scrooge is very much aware of his old secret identity, and he knows how much it pisses him off, he's the only one left that really ever truly uses it consistently! God I'm writing TOO MUCH BUT THIS NEGAVERSE SHIT GOT ME HYPED.

AAA I love him!!! It's always super interesting to have the Ducktales cast interact with the DWD world especially since it's canon that they exist in the same universe. I always loved that about the show. I could definitely see Scrooge and LP's relationship being somewhat strained, like maybe Scrooge has something over NegaLP that makes him behave more or less and keeps him feeding Scrooge information from St. Canard. Ah I can totally see that being the reason Negs took the deal though! Like he's seen what Launchpad can do to protect Scrooge and he wants some of that! Cause of course his biggest downfall is he's tiny and people can take him down if they get past all his gadgets lol.
