Why don't Psychic types ever explain how this crap works?!....I guess that's why they work their way up from weaker attacks like Confusion...
I always love how Electabuzz can learn Psychic; even though they look like lovable derps they're pretty smart cookies!
Also, I know that Technical Machines are generally depicted as CD's but I thought it'd be fun for Phasor to learn TM29 from out of a book.
