I'm not too familiar with Punk, but I think it tends to be screamy?
Then again maybe she can Tarja Turunen/Nightwish it up. I have no idea what Symphonic-punk would sound like but it'd probably be interesting, like Focus (which I realize is not a Punk band) and their song 'Hocus Pocus'... it sure doesn't sound like anything else I've ever heard elsewhere. XD
