The biggest critique I can spot right on is that the arm feathers should extend down the 2nd (middle) finger, which should be longer than the other two. The "thumb" is the shortest finger, middle is longest, and the outer finger is about halfway between the two in terms of length, I think. I'm pretty sure you can see this in the beekin microraptor drawing I did for you. :)

I think the snout appears slightly more down-curving than I've seen with microraptor..and the eye seems a bit high up in the orbit.

Other than that, study the form and muscle flow on reconstructions of microraptor, on bird photos, and to a lesser extent reptiles. They'll give you a better sense of proportions and where things attach, etc.

Your raptors are cute, as I said before. :)
