Bootes Muphrid is from a ‘void-sensitive’ Astral type. As with other Bootes Astrals, she is especially adept at wielding power from the void, and even summoning beasts from the void to aid her. Many Astrals fear and distrust void-sensitive Astral types, but many of the Crux’s inner circle have no such concerns, for they find the powers of the void far too useful to give up.

Here, she’s summoned a Bufo (The Toad) void beast. Not an especially rare or powerful beast, yet still strong enough to catch an Astral off-guard.
