Main character from my graphic novel, Nora Burk the Eurasian Lynx. She lives in the land of Nor during a medieval-ish time, which has some similarities to our own. Her original name was Isha, but I wanted to give her a Gaelic/Celtic name as she's from a place (Glenlind) based on Scotland/Ireland.
Her kind are called the "Other Beasts", fearsome looking animals with very distinct, unnatural features. The story is based around her life and struggles as one of these marked creatures.
