Charizard Foot Growth by Virus-20
A line-art commission I got from 
Virus-20 featuring my charizard guy ;P
looks like he's going through some sort of foot growth. Usually footwear tear apart due to increased mass, but it looks like they're growin with them despite their state. Maybe they're special? o.O
Either way, I dont think he's too bothered about having unproportioned body parts XD
