The next day. . .
Yax: "Hey, Nangi. These dudes have some questions about Axel the meerkat."
Nangi: "Who?"
Yax: "Uh, Axel Suricatti? You know, the guy who always uses a steampunk hat to cover the Howler Fur on his head?"
Nangi: "I have no memory of this ferret."
Judy: *sigh* "Meerkat."
Yax: "He was here yesterday asking about Night Howlers, remember?"
Nangi: "Nope."
Yax: "Yeah, he asked if anyone else had been trying to buy them here and to call his private eye if we did. Oh, and also if we'd heard of that B-A-H thing before. Remember that, Nangi?"
Nangi: "No."
Yax: "Yeah, then right before he left he took some of that scrap firewood and wrote something on it. And he held it up for a moment, and then everybody heard this loud, like, 'whack!' and a Wilhelm scream from the other side of the wall. Remember that, Nangi?"
Nangi: "Nope."
