Most hoops tend to be strong enough to be climbed on, so basically:
- Jump high
- Grab the rim
- Pull up until you can reach the top of the board
- Sit there and have basketball get passed to you so you can dunk them from there
- Wait until you get bored or slip and fall down, either way works fine
