Piston? No, this is the goodguy Charizard. The Kanto, Hoenn and Alolah starters will each get both a good and evil Plump Lord. This is Rodrick, a Charizard with an ironic job in fire-fighting. He's no fear of water, and his wings are stronger than they look, allowing him to fly up to really high spots. He finds out, however, that both the Children of Pheromosa and Disciples of Guzzlord are behind fire attacks, and Rodrick worries that a local actress, Blues the Blastoise, might be involved.
