On June 6th, time 1:30 PST we lost my service dog and friend Zebadiah. This is a memorial to honour his memory and to talk about how much he touched those around him.
Not much is known about Zeb's early years, I only met him just a year ago. Zeb went above and beyond the call of duty when I had the start of a heart problem, seeking help before I knew what was happening. He aided me in panic attacks and was there by my side during the worst of times, facing down depression with me and flashbacks.
Zebadiah lit up the room with his enthusiasm, he was a devote service dog and the likes of him will never be forgotten. He brought out the best in many, everyone who was blessed to be around this smart and talented individual knew, and still remembers, how loyal he was.
To my friend I will say this, the pain of your loss is without words, you were my very best friend. I would have given you my heart if it meant that I could save you. You will be with our fallen brothers, sisters and other(s).
