Amusing series and the mention that they were both drinking box wine first might explain how the much smaller critter somehow overpowered and swallowed the much larger and logically stronger one (who very likely consumed far more of the wine to be in such a helpless state). On the hand, maybe he had a secret fantasy of being turned into tiger fat so decided to let it happen.
