I'm actually very happy you got that one line there saying that hypnosis won't make people do things they don't want to do. That's very accurate to how hypnosis works, like say if you tried to hypnotize someone to kill another person, the hypnosis would most likely not work because it would be against their moral code.
Now I'm really getting jealous
I like his style. I'd probably have started with the pacifier; focus on how it feels, how natural it seems, and how much just that simple thing can help you to relax.
(and tangentially related, I ended up doing the baby talk thing shortly after reading the last strip. Normally that's a hard limit, because I panic if I can't communicate. But apparently my subconscious censor has decided I can deal with that now. A coincidence to find that just after reading about it. Or maybe the guy who was triggering me reads this too :p)

i dont know why but i got a bad feeling about this mainly because the look in his makes me feel hes up to something like he will actually make her do babytalk ( which is fine) but at the same time i feel he may end up being nasty and do something. am i just being paranoid for star?
I think he's unlikely to do anything nasty. Especially a character based on someone who's commenting here. If he was going to be evil, I think she would have created somebody entirely fictional to fill the role.
Though I can imagine situations that might be a little more than she expected.
Maybe there's a significant number of hypnotists there, and many of the littles have a reinduction trigger, so they can be given additional suggestions without being directly aware of it. Maybe the colour of your bottle is an implicit hint to the hypnotists, letting them know they can do certain things without needing to ask, so it can be a nice surprise… Not exactly informed consent in the circumstances, but I know some people who would like such a system if they were organising a party. And Manda would only have let Star put herself in that situation if she was sure that she'd enjoy the surprise.
Or he could give her what she wants, and also leave a little back door for future programming. So later on, she says "I'd like to try (X) but I'm way too nervous", and it just takes a whispered word, or a paw on the back of her neck, and she finds herself doing it without time to have second thoughts. Or maybe without even realising she's been in trance again. I might consider doing something like that with a subject, if I knew them well enough to be sure they'd be okay with it.

Wait... is Star getting smaller in each frame? An indication that her perceptions are changing, maybe? She looks about the same height as Draco in the previous few strips (though it's hard to tell sitting down), a little shorter in the middle panel, and a whole head shorter in the last. I'd love to see this continue, and as well as baby talk she finds that she's half-size but it feels so natural that she doesn't need to mention it until much later.
