He still holds his focus on his opponents to not lose himself in his pride. As a member of Spitznas he does value Justice & the safety of the Russian people, However, he is very rebellious and does not like to obey orders, but this changes when his brother Alexei, whom he dearly cared for was killed by Lord Shimazu. Maxim tends to hold a grudge towards his enemies, and he has a strong sense of determination to fight his rivals, especially Ryoto Nakano & Lord Shimazu.

Bio: A young Russian male husky dog from Moscow, Russia. Maxim rose to the rank captain of the Spitznas in his 19th year. So far not the type to follow orders from his supperiors completly, but manage to complete the mission without the supperiors approval.
However one day, when Lord Shimazu & the Crusader of Darkness were at Moscow, Russia that time to build their empire. However, he was there to stop them all, but did not expect Lord Shimazu to show, and with the dead body of his younger brother Alexei being grasped by Shimazu's hand. As he saw him threw Maxim's brother's body next to him, Maxim was shocked out of fear, then turned to hatred towards Lord Shimazu for killing his younger brother Alexei.
He went to attack Shimazu, but Shimazu soon dissapeared when the fight began.
After the insident, Maxim fowed vengence on Lord Shimazu, responseble for the death of his younger brother Alexei Volkov, he's heared that Shimazu was hosting The Global Fighting Tournament.
He hopes to meet him there and take his vengance on Shimazu for killing his little brother.
