He looks like a goat-cat-fluff thing, but his species is officially "monster"

He is a mage and has golden glowy magic that basically compresses the air around him to make clear "platforms" or shields and stuff. His heart was (quite literally) torn out, and he has a large scar on his chest that's hidden by the floof. Instead of a normal heart, he has a heart made of pure magic keeping him alive, and so his blood has a golden color. Because of this, strong emotions and anything that makes his blood pump faster cause him a lot of pain.
