Haha, I love your expression here! XD Like all the info, too, though I'm sorry to hear that you have to deal with mood swings and nightmares. I wish there was a cure for the nightmares; so far, I've had luck with a medication, but all it does is tone them down (they still happen, they're just not so violent).
The expression of when you're done with everything, everyday, at every time :D
Sadly I still need to do something about my own problems but I'm in a complicated situation :/ I am glad that they can be somehow toned down tho! <3
