Caligula Ref sheet

So its taken me years to finally settle on a Monstersona. My other terato friends have had theirs for a while, and I had at least two prior attempts, both wildly different in design. Caligula is the newest, and I think most likely the permanent addition.
I don’t know what he is aside from... a Monster! He was inspired by Glass Animals’ music, particularly the song Gooey, as well as designed for a jungle environment, living in the trees. I may end up building a headworld for him because why not!
