take a good look, that is not being mad and without control. That is righteous furious angry on being mistreated despite spending all day going against stereotypes and trying to be a good person only to finally snap at the treatment. He could have easily killed them and snapped those cuffs like brittle ice. Knocked out for the count and a few broken ribs? yes, but he didn't kill the guards. He could have easily snapped them like twigs but even when he's outraged he's still in control O_o

ok.....sorry....but, this guy has a star trek red shirt on him already, LIKEABLE, STRONG, BRUTE ANTHRO. in an action comic? he is dead......sorry.....i have seen the trope so many times. I HOPE THIS COMIC DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RULE ABOUT ANTHROS IN COMICS AND MANGA "the stronger and more likeable they are, the sooner they die to save the protagonist from a situation the protagonist could've saved him/herself easily"

AGAIN, I SWEAR I LOVE THIS COMIC, AND I SWEAR I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. but.....the tropes are there, hunting good stories to ruin them.

Or he could just end up part of the main character's group.

I HOPE HE DOES, HE AND BATTU ARE THE NEXT BEST COUPLE AFTER ROCKET AND GROOT. i hope they do become a team. both are outlaws, both are misjudged as criminals because of their race, yeah, amazing character development there, I REALLY WANT THIS COMIC TO BE AS GOOD AS IT CAN, AND THEN GET BETTER. but yeah.....again, i am a huge anti trope writer. i know tropes are necessary, but they became a sort of obligation lately.

let's keep on reading and see what happens. I LOVE TO SEE COMICS AS GOOD AS THIS, WITHOUT PORN (nothing against it, i am not hypocritical.) but, it is good to see good artists doing great comics here, anyone can read.




and the main reason i am so concerned about this is that i had a terrible experience reading another comic here, THE SPRAWL. it began as a sci-fi terror comic, with anthros, it was amazing, great art, great story, likeable characters. and then......they all died, except one...the most despicable character of the entire series......he was a sort of marty stu. and then, he is the one that walks away. i was so disappointed. each and every trope available was on that comic, and no, i am not comparing the sprawl to this comic, never. but.....yeah, there is that memory of a really good story, with lots of potential and great art....thrown to waste.

Yeah but that comic was way more darker in tone. This is clearly more light-hearted with some serious moments like kinda One Piece.

exactly, that's why i love this comic so much. the sprawl became an exercise in ego tripping for the author, and was very disappointing. this comic, so far, is amazing.

Outcry! That's what I would describe this page in 1 word.
Clearly he's already uncomfortable being send in wrongfully, but the thing the guards were using to poke fun out of him was a more sensitive topic. Seems as if he lost someone dear to him in whatever this big bad happening was, one place you just don't go.
Possible sharing a past kinda like Battu so I'm guessing they can become good friends.
I'm looking forward to that.
