It was a deputy elections voting for seats in the assembly, 50+% people didn't vote

The fewer people who vote, the more important each vote becomes.

Now, there's no way that the candidates themselves don't vote so that's two right there. But what about a day when only one other person shows up and decides to vote. Oh, what an important vote that would be.
