Well I'm sure there are a lot of people who are grateful for the good night his services is providing and all, but it doesn't seem like these monsters are actually evil to me. Keeping people up late with loud & wild parties just makes them annoying in my book. I thought Biff only hunts evil monsters.
No, his family (pets included, Ev, Urnest, Snozy) are all monster eaters. They eat monsters in general. They live off and on in an RPG type world and eating monsters is how they gain FLP (fatty layer points) a type of exp unique to them. But there a hidden point to all this that will be revealed someday.
