A twist on a summer time classic by

I already have a recipe for s'more cookie (s'mookie) bars on this page, but what's another s'mores recipe between friends? I made these bars for my D&D group last weekend and they were gone in less than ten minutes. Believe me when I say that these require intense willpower if you have them around the house!
Ingredients
1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg, room temperature
1 cup flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (~9 graham crackers)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 heaping cup marshmallow creme / fluff
Directions
Heat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit and line a square baking dish with foil.
Using a stand mixer, handheld mixer, or just a wooden spoon, cream the butter and brown sugar together until it forms a smooth consistency (about 2 minutes using the mixers, longer if by hand). Add the egg and the vanilla and combine.
Place the graham crackers in a ziplock bag, seal, and smash into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or something else heavy. In a separate bowl, mix the graham crumbs, the flour, and the baking powder together until combined, then slowly incorporate the dry mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
Put 2/3 of this dough into the lined baking dish and press down to form a layer. Spread the marshmallow creme/fluff on top (spray a rubber spatula with nonstick to accomplish this without sticking!) and then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the marshmallow layer (you can use more or less than I recommended depending on your tastes). Pat the remaining dough on top of the chocolate layer -- it won't make a complete top layer, but that's okay.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and incredible smelling. Allow to cool completely, then pop the bars out of the baking dish and cut into squares. Enjoy warm if possible!
