Case Study 2955-beta-C

We detected a strange anomaly in sector 95 in the beta region of this compound. Video cameras show a transparent form running wildly with only footprints of a quadruped creature in it's wake.

Day 4, an eye witness said she saw the creature and it wasn't as transparent as the videos have shown. She claimed that the critter had a really strong citrus scent to it but the footprints melted away the floor where they fell. The creature looked as if it was permanently drenched by liquid, but has fur on it's entire body.

Day 5, a janitor claim to have spoken to this weird creature, It was really intelligent and seemed to have been around for years beyond our knowing. It however didn't escape with itself intact during the great change that doomed dutches from paradise, It, itself was dragged down into the abyss where it rotted and mutated away to the form we see now. It had no name, the janitor named it Acrid, based off how well the things in its presence seemed to melt or rot away.

Day 7, We all found a way to keep this thing from melting away our lab. Acrid told us how it loved citrus fruit especially lemon and limes and that scent is all that really remains apparent of it's original DAD form. Acrid claim to mean well and really didn't mean to damage the property it was on, but it also has no clue how it got here...
