Personality:
Dragonfly is a quick and smart little pony, small of stature but big in enthusiam. She inherited most of her mother's love and tendancy for animals, however, her favorites are the strange, alien-looking bugs and sea critters. She is a huge fan of spiders, ants, beetles, and various crustaceans, something that tends to make quite a few other ponies' skin crawl. While she doesn't possess the ability to speak to the weird looking little creatures, she does seem to have a knack for knowing exactly what they need or when they're upset or scared. Her father Snails, a pure entymologist, is made very proud by her loves of creatures others find creepy or ugly. Zipporwhill, on the other hand, is still happy her daughter loves animals... she just wishes she would stop bringing them home to live around the house.
Due to her fascination, as well as a willingness to share her interests (i.e. shoving a bug in someone's face and gushing over it). Dragonfly doesn't make friends super easily, and when she does, it's usually ponies that aren't easily phased by things.
