My very own fan character and pikachu sona I've recently created, inspired by Pikachu-two of mewtwo's clone army, Richie's sparky and one of the wild pilachu who met ashs pikachu with different ear tips.

I figured why not have a pika character of my own, since I've seen so many awesome pics featuring my favorite mouse Pokemon.

Ruffy is a pikachu born from Pikachu-two, born with great attacks. He also looks more rough amd fluff on the edges too. Don't know if the name will stick however, but overall I'm thrilled with the design ^^ what y'all think?
