hey Mericus
I can say it's a transitory "style"
I'm getting references from mainstream style artists (spunky, Nexus, Cooner etc) because they have a strong and efficient construction lines, good to learn with.
hehehe the Berg goatee was your idea, so I followed up it !!! :)
The samoyed in this pic was quite bad, not even closer to a good rendition. But Samoyeds are really a pain in the ass to draw!!! hehehe
Thanx :)

As you probably read by now I'm doing something similar, lots o sketches. At this time yours are turning out better than mine with more consistancy. Mine are an annoying hit and miss array of rough concepts. Berg looks quite a bit different here than what I imagined but thats a very cool cartoony look.
nice you are studying again!
I'm lucky because Nexus is """teaching""" me, giving me some tips and exemples, this helps a lot and makes the whole process faster than studying all by yourself.
As as said to Mericus, this is a "transitory" style I'm copying from mainstream cartoon artists, just for training. I'll not have a cartoonish style in the end. But cartoonish style helps a lot to understand basic construction of characters.
