oh gods, i'm so sorry to hear about the fibro, my friend had that and it was a brutal on her day-to-day life. it is sad that we no longer live in a world where we can always do what we love, but i guess, it's got to rain so you can appreciate the sunshine

And yeah, Fibro really, really sucks a whole bunch. The worst part (for me at least) is that it makes maintaining a healthy weight extremely difficult. It was already difficult for me to begin with thanks to PCOS and an eating disorder stemming from childhood when I learned to use food as a coping mechanism for abuse/stress/anxiety/depression. I used to jog an hour every day but now, a lot of the time, the pain is too great, especially in my hips and knees, or I just have absolutely no energy regardless of how healthy I eat or how much sleep I get. But the absolute worst is when the migraine train rolls around. I was on one that lasted TWO MONTHS once. Egads, that was awful.

But on the (sort of) upside, I've learned that there are triggers which can make it worse and I've learned to avoid them so at least I'm functional now most of the time.

have you tried CBD oils yet? there are some from hemp that are 50 states legal (no tch at all)

not really. cbd oil from Hemp was never outlawed. cbd from marijuana is schedule one as with pot (which is stupid)

(I get drug tested anywhere from twice a year, to twice a month based on D.O.T randoms)
