Dude, you ain't half bad! Not sure what you talking about "can't draw faces" lol. The human face is very difficult, if not the most difficult thing to draw. Lots of rules and proportions that are alot less forgivable, especially when people stare at faces all day and can respectively spot minor imperfections. Best way to get better is to grab reference material and start breaking the face down to shapes, learn the proportions (heads length is 5 eyes wide, etc). Fall in love with expressions too, a pic that isn't drawn very well could still be really eye catching if the expressions are vivid enough (cartoons use exaggerated features, they would never pass for real people, but the expressions bring them to life!).
