Well I got bored with mspaint, so I went searching for an upgrade, and it directly points out to a free alternative of mspaint: "Paint.net"
I began testing it, and though that it needed a tutorial, as I found a couple of tutorial, it points out towards a couple of addon for "paint.net"
At my 3rd try, I did this. If anyone wants it as an avatar go ahead. It is free.
