After three months the fetus is well established enough and the "morning sickness" usually abates on it's own. not surprising that things like raw eggs or raw chicken which are disease vectors for botulism are often triggers for morning sickness and most females avoid it like the plague.

Yup. Have known a few people who continued to get it seemingly at random even during the later terms. Not everyone has it that late of course.
