. You bet it's awesome. . Man if I was as good at running as you are an artist I'd be in business. I'm starting on my my 10 mins. on this Tuesday. Boy I'm having doubts that I'll be able to manage 10 mins. of running. Last time I ran for 10 mins. was before I decided to do the running, and I got exhasted after that run. Then again, I might be ready for it now that I've ran for a week. Wish me luck. I don't want to throw up on the first day of it. I remember I used to be in crosscountry. I did ok in it. I remember the last time I was in it I did a race and I would stop to get a breather, and run again (course now I know I shouldn't do that), and at the end of the race I ran as fast as I could and after I finished I barfed. Lol. I've learned from my older sister that as far as the physical part of running, it's all in the mind. You can push yourself to run faster and longer, and remembering that when you're feeling tired will get you through a race, just try not to think about the pain, and it'll go away (temperarily at least).
I know what u mean about pushing urself when running.
I had summer school gym class and we had track and the teach said if we didn't run all the way around the track in 2 min. we'd fail...
I did make it around but after that I was out of breathe, sore, and limping. It was a monday and when u exercise for 5 hours mon - fri and then break for 2 days ur body is no longer in rythem w/ that and my knees r weird. x.x
Since I was limping I couldn't run. so I got out of having 2 run around the track another 2 times and got 2 go home. XD
But after getting both my gym credits I had a completely flat stomach. I miss that. No complains tho cuz I can pull off wearing a small these days and I have nice legs ;)
