I think it is probably one of my best pictures of the year, and I am very proud of it~

I spent a long while on this...randomly working on another picture just to take a short break and coming
back to it, as I wanted it as perfect as I could get it.



This is one of my more well known and probably more memorable OCs: Tarquin Rave Wylde
(goes by Rave more often than not though), sporting himself in his Cyborg Form. Which I quite like. I think it is unique.
One might be wondering the name of this picture, well it's because it's his nickname (not just in this realm either). It started
because of his hair colour, which gave him many nicknames really, but in this form-they joke about it a lot-such as the first
being: "Wow you are a real light brite now!" after seeing the rainbow and bright colours beneath his skin.

Like all my OCs, despite whatever world (different story) they are in they retain their main personality traits, and Rave is no
different-even in this world. He is fun loving, wild, and generous, and in this world shows off his technical talents more than
he does in some others (hacking I mean). However, Alexander-his romantic partner, randomly will get tired of his antics and
will abuse Rave's cyborg state and will shut him down via "Sleep Mode Activate" to get Rave to stop bugging him lol which
does no harm, and is just a funny means of revenge...and gaining peace for a few moments.

Bit of Backstory:
Rave is rather vague for awhile on how he became this way unlike most others who's stories are pretty known. Such as Alexander
who was a cop who got severely hurt or his son who was hit by a drunk driver. In the story, although the cybernetics program is
incredibly good-they don't take on anyone within the program...a civilization of cyborgs isn't ideal in any way of thinking and thus they
give the option only to a select few. That said, Rave and Remy(his brother) were both romantically involved with Alexander before their change,
and sought(or rather accepted) to help him on one of his duties in his job/police work-as they had connections that would help find and lead to
the arrest of leaders of crime rings. They...succeeded, but at a high cost, themselves.

When they were found out on their 'mission' due to one of the superiors not trusting the boys, they were attacked and put through the crime
rings. Made to become half addicted to drugs, forced to prostitute themselves, and tortured by the leaders for information and to vent their frustrations.
It took nearly three months to get them free, and they had to break themselves out...Alexander found them on the streets, Remy first and then later Rave.
At this point in time there would be only one saving grace for them, and it would be making them into cyborgs.

Rave opts not to talk about it much, as the memories are hard for him to deal with a bit, but he keeps it quiet more for Alexander's peace of
mind (and Remy's) rather than his own. He doesn't hold many grudges about it though, he is happy with the outcome and after the hardship
he and Remy as well as Alexander moved up in their career world to better positions with their skills being put to better use.



Anger is probably one of the best motivators; lol I got sick and tired of the same thing pointed out so
I spent a good while just working on trying to improve my lighting(and anatomy but mostly lighting) I know
it still needs work, but I think I am going in the right direction now. This picture was also my venting outlet considering
I wasn't too happy in life earlier (things are better now), and thus I could more deeply engrossed in my work and more driven
on the goal I had in mind-using it as an escape... The last bit was I was angry with myself for not doing my
characters as much justice as I think they deserve...so here I am now~
