Pretty much in a nutshell, this little guy was born into "pleasure slavery" and taught that, that was his only purpose in life. He had been kidnapped/saved later on, taken to a place where he can call home. But after all the beating and drilling into his mind that his only purpose in life is being a little slave boy, he remains very confused and unable to adapt to the outside world.
