Greetings! Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I'm the roomie Cooner was talking about. We've been going nuts with our AC sales and the bulge is finally past, so I'm catching up on all the rest now. Cooner pointed me your way.

I'm not happy with the cloth samples I've run, so I can't recommend it at this time. However, this might be a good candidate for 'banner scrim' : a thick (15mil) cloth/vinyl combo that's used for those heavy duty banners you see tied up outside of businesses and churches. It's colorfast and waterproof. I've got a good bit of it left in 42" rolls and could get it out before the con now that I'm caught up.

My thought would be to just nest a bunch of these triangles onto one huge roll print for a flat, per-square-foot price and then send you the roll in a tube. Then you could cut the triangles out to sell as individual pennants. It'd require a straight-edge and a caseknife. The material can be sewn/hemmed for a better look if you want, but I'll warn you that it takes a pretty beefy sewing machine to pull it off. I'd have time to print and roll-send, but not to cut or sew.

Doubt if it will be any cheaper, but have you thought of making these into car magnets? You could print them out on magnet paper, use self sticking laminate to cover them to make them water proof... Just a thought :)

Well... I dunno exactly how popular otters really are, but I had a TON of requests for them this year so far.

At a first glance at getting them printed on felt/cloth, I'd have to order large quantities of each, resulting in hundreds of dollars, thousands if I did a bunch of species.

I am not ruling anything out just yet, but still thinking. There are lots of options so far. :D
