Yup, as the title says, this is an updated version of this submission by my friend DTRD on DeviantArt. I ended up adding some shadow effects, as well as adding my favorite card to the background and to the card in my hand. :3
Before anyone says anything, the image of the card is a scan of my own card, and the art is copyrighted to its original artist.
I had already discussed doing this when I commissioned the picture, so I know DTRD's cool with it.

EDIT: I know I suck with shadows |u

Kinda late of a reply, but the simply way to explain it: Nothing but a lot of math. A 300 dpi picture that is 300 pixels square is 1 inch when printed - because 300 dots (pixels) per inch. If it were only 100 dpi, it'd be 3 inches, because 300/100 is 3.
He probably had it scanned at a fairly sized DPI, so it'd look decent quality at a large size.. Dunno the dimensions of the card but I'm guessing it was scanned at 200-300 dpi/ppi.

Make that the first turn. Starting hand draw a low-level dragon, summon, remove for Red-Eyes Darkness Metal, use Red-eyes to special a six star dragon, play double summon to normal Debris dragon, set MST, synchro for Trident and use his effect to blow your one facedown, chain MST to the summon to blow an opponent's facedown
