Annie's concept of her winter outfit, she lives very up north, and it's dead freezing over there ~ plus she trims her fur quite often; extra covering is actually needed~! :)

That winter outfit looks great, I like how you expressed her character while wearing the coat. The headband is a nice touch, adds extra character to her hair style. She's a tall one man. Must be hard for her to find the right size in coats.
Its funny I imagined she would have like a scarf covering her face with her coat. You might want to try adding that into her coat design and see how it works for her. Even some ear mittens.
