Appearance - Rachel is an attractive Native American and Japanese woman that has light tan/brown skin, a round face, black hair. She wears her hair back in a ponytail with bangs.
Affiliation - UNSC Marines, ODST Officer (Direct Action)
Unit - 37th Trooper Division
Rank - 1st Lieutenant
Personality - She a smart-ass, loud talking, no-nonsense ODST. She's quite unladylike, drinks too much sometimes and gets in a lot of fights. She is also good at playing poker.
Bio - She was born on Earth in Chicago on November 29, 2507. Rachel's parents' were neglectful and abusive leaving her older sister to become her caretaker. In 2521 at the age of 14, Rachel decided to join a gang to make money to help her sister since they were on hard times. Her sister understandably did not like this so by the time she was 16 or 17 she made her sign up for the Marine Corps. Since then she has had a reputable career in the UNSC and is always around to give to her fellow soldiers even if she is occasionally seen as being snarky and harsh to people.

Wonder if she become a spartan iv programe in your universe, though not sure if spartan iv's are part of your universe or not. To me i think they stuck with combining spartan 2 & 3 programs, i like idea of using orphans better than kidnapping children. I mean thee probally hundreds if nt htousa ds of orphan children that the unsc could use and promise them food, clothing, and even a family within the unsc. ^^ anyways hope see more of this character and as usual any other odsts or your spartans
