In one of Marc's simple missions he met a mutant like fish that resembled a mermaid with the gills and tail, He later realized that back then mutagen was dumped into the oceans which mutated several people and fish which created the first fish empire. He met the queen Mina who took a liking to him and Melissa was not to happy about that.
