For Super Collie Appreciation Month, here's the completed version of a rough concept sketch of Our Heroine in an alternate hero outfit (seeing as she's had the same outfit for over a decade).
This costume is inspired by the outfit worn by "Mirror Uhura" from the original series of Star Trek.
Drawn entirely in Krita, a free open-source multi-platform digital art application that knows the value of "shiny".

I was wanting to keep the leg-band, but it was going to wind up being mostly covered by the skirt.
Thinking about it now though, I guess there's no reason why it couldn't be kept on the leg to give a "peek-a-boo" look when her skirt flicks up...
