General Van Rooke is the leader ever so terrible Enclave, he's a tough, cold, mean, and forever pissed off at the UNSC.
Van has a extreme hatred for UNSC, mostly because of Riley Vadam. During the time of the Enclaves betrayal, Van held some marines hostage, and was killing them one by one, Riley put stop to this by shooting and overhead vertibird which in turn fell on top of Van, then it exploded burning most of his body. To this day Van despises the Vadum family.
