They went with the slightly darker take of the movie origin where you see the enhancements on them. Still really cute! Really hope she pops up in the actual movies sometime.

I've read that there's one more movie planned, but that more things will likely include the Guardians. Avengers seems likely, though not until after Avengers 4? And I seem to remember a rumor that there'd be 5 GotG movies, but I don't know. What I do know is there's so much more I want to see.
Gunn has said he wants to retcon something from the lineup scene in the first movie, and the most likely thing appears to be making it so Rocket never met Lylla before. So he can meet her for the first time in the next movie!
When the series ends, the movies that is, I want the last scene to be Rocket waking up in bed with Lylla. He deserves a fricking happy ending.
