Amanda Angelfish - Linework
This is a project for a friend of mine; she doesn't have any sort of 'sona, but I needed the practice and she gave her permission. She's always taken to water like a fish and has a lot of energy, even on land, so her choice of the angelfish wasn't really a surprise.
I haven't decided yet about whether or not to put scales on her face or not... What are your thoughts?

I plan to. I have a number of colors and shades in mind, all of them part of a sort of rose-to-gold scheme with black spots and splotches in all the right areas. I also want to do more with shading and highlighting as I add color, so the world doesn't look quite as flat as it does in the linework.
