A fruit salad is a great way to beat the heat, from

Ingredients
20 blueberries
4 necterines
2 donut peaches
4 appercoits
9 cherries
2 kiwi
1 apple
2 peaches
4 tbs brown or white sugar
1 tbs of honey
1/2 cup Blueberry pomegranate juice
1/2 cup Strawberries and kiwi juice
1 tsp of sea salt
Optional ingredients for more flavor but did not make it here in this recipe version since i was out of them.
5 Strawberries
1 Oranges
15 rassberries
10 grapes
1 dragon fruit
1 mango
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup of watermelon
Side note all my fruit came from a local produce stand.
The donut peaches, kiwi's,nectarines,peaches, and appercoits were second chance fruits that had inperfections but had a lot more flavor in them which made them perfect.
Directions grab a knife and a cutting board and cut your fruits into quater of a inch pieces or diced which ever is preffered.
Next after all your fruit is cut up place in a large container preferably a glad wear or zipplock tubawear container zipplock double seal bags can work as well.
Next after your fruits in the container put your sugar,salt and honey over the fruit and mix.
Lastly, pour your fruit juice over the fruit and mix then chill and serve I used low sugar fruit juice but I am sure any will help.
Then you just serve and eat its healthy, sweet along with nutritious.
