So much alliteration so little time!

Here's the ref for the character that I'm going to be attempting (note that word attempting) to make a fursuit out of this summer. Im already getting all the materials and stuff looked up but if anyone has any suggestions of what I can make the feet/tail out of it would be appreciated.
Radium is an escaped albino lab rat hence the tag and the ring on her tail. Abolish animal testing people!
